How a workspace connects
A workspace is your organisation's live console on the web. Tovicast keeps a registry of approved workspaces; the stream itself never passes through Tovicast.
Register your domain
Send your console address to support@tovicast.com. We add it to the workspace registry.
Hosts add the address
In the app, a host types your domain. The app checks the registry and opens your console page.
Your page drives the camera
Your console calls the Tovicast bridge to prepare the camera, open the beauty panel and go live.
Video goes to your server
The app publishes with WHIP to the URL your page provides. Viewers play it with WHEP.
The bridge API
Inside the app, your console page gets window.Tovicast. Send a command with a request id; the reply comes back as a tovicast:native event. Publishing state changes arrive as tovicast:publish-state.

What the app does, and what it doesn't

Try it without an account
Open Tovicast Broadcaster, add the demo workspace and tap Start test broadcast. The console shows a private link you can open in any browser to watch yourself. The demo runs on Tovicast's own test server and nothing is recorded.
